Policy Update: VHSL Physicals will now be accepted as hard copies ONLY, submitted to the WAHS Main Office or WAHS Athletics Office during regular school hours, 8:30am-4:30pm.
The first THREE pages of the new VHSL Physical are required, signed and dated in ALL fields.
If absolutely necessary, physicians’ offices can fax pages 1, 2, and 3 to the WAHS Athletics Office directly at: (434) 823-8712
